I was there today (Thursday). It was a great day for the Malaysians although I was disappointed for Tan/Ong who lost narrowly to the young Koreans in a very fast-paced game.

I couldn't see any sign of BC gathering, so I sat by myself. Which was good also because I moved here and there for matches of interest.

I also enjoyed myself. The match btw Flandy / Eng Hian and Chan / Koo was very exciting. The newly formed Malaysian pair played well against the Indonesia veterans and they deserved to win.

Another Malaysian pair Mohd Fairuz and Lin Woon Fui upset China's Cai and Fu in the first round. There are no more Chinese pair in contention after Sang / Zheng lost to the Koreans Han / Hwang also in the first round
