Hi, i would need some information. Would really be nice if you could reply me as soon as possible. I would like to know what is the price of the ISOMETRIC 800 TOUR PRO currently. And if you don't know the price, can you tell me a price that would be good to buy that racket. My friend wants to sell his ISO800 TourPro, but i want to know what price that racket is. In canadian cash please... It would be really nice if you could answer me, thx!
Hey, the name must match exactly, because: 1. For example, Cab20 Tour and Cab20 Tour Special are totally two different rackets. One word can make big difference. 2. Most of times, Fake rackets adds "Pro" to the end of the racket name just to make it sound good. So, make sure whatever you are buying is a real racket or your money just becomes a waste.
That depends on if the art is a true art or a fake art. It might worth a lot or it might worth 2 dollars.
Hehehe, it's a real one, i only did a mistake in my spelling of the racket. I would really like to know the price of that racket, can you tell me ?
And i got a little question too, how do you do to know if the racket is really a real one and not a fake one ??? How does the code on the racket works and what are the tricks to know that it's a real one or a fake one.
I can't tell you the price before I see the racket. If you have pictures (if you don't have digital cameras, perhaps one of your friends do?), please post pictures here and people can take a look. I know there are lots of Iso-800 fakes out there, and I don't want you to buy a fake racket, which only has $15 USD value in Asia. (You can buy those for $10 USD in China)
Alright, thanks a lot. I'll take a picture with my digital camera when i'll have it. But, do you know how the code on the racket works? Is there an easy way to see the code and know if it's a real of a fake one?
Yes, I know. You can check the threads at the equipment forum. Yes, there is. If the code is way off, then it's a fake one. However, there are also other elements you can check, such as grips, fonts, colors of paint, stickers, handle, .....etc. If one of them is wrong, the racket is a fake one. There are just too many things you can check on the racket.
Ok ok, that's nice, ill take some pics and ill post them here so you can help me... The only problem is that i'll have it only wednesday. Do you know if i can find a picture on internet of a REAL ISOMETRIC 800 TOUR so i can know what it looks like. And also, how many numbers are they in a normal code ?
ISO 800 PRO - JP version ISO 800 TOUR - Non JP version ISO 800 TOUR SP in old logo - around US$129 in HK ISO 800 TOUR SP in new logo - around US$85 in HK
It is hardly to explain with you by wordings. There are three generations of logo and you can use the search to find it, I remember Kwun should have placed the logos in one of the thread. Just a quick reference - New logo - top rightside, an inverted tri-angle + bottom left side, a circle Old logo - top left side, a parallelogram + top right side, an inverted tri-angle + bottom left side, a circle just try to imagine it.
I have been playing with the ISO 800 since 1996 and it suits my game because I rely on my defensive skills moreso than my smash. I remember reading somewhere that this racket was more suited for a defensive type game and I agree. I think it's a great racket but I don't think Yonex makes it anymore so sadly when this racket has to be replaced, I won't know what to replace it with. Hope this helps!
I bought it brand new for $150 in 1996. I haven't a clue on what the depreciation rate would be for badminton rackets. So, in today's market, it would be interesting to see how much it costs now, used or new.
Yonex old logo Sup, i found some logos of Yonex on internet, and i would like to know if this one is the old logo. http://www.funsport-klub.si/nika/logo/Yonex.gif Check this link, and reply me asap! THX
