No fixed interval. I replace my grip whenever I restring my racket. I find the timing is just nice, when my string snaps usually my grip is already worn enough to be replaced

I use towel grip. So when im in normal training, playing 5-6 times a week, i will change grip maybe every 1-2 weeks. Depending on how quickly it detieriorates.

I change mine once it starts to rip insanely. My Yonex SuperGraps lasted about a month. While my Wilson Pro OverGrip isnt lasting as Long as I want it to. I used my racket maybe 7 times at the most and its already starting to peel in the spots where I place my thumb.

few months ago i tried towel grip i have tried a lot of colours. For turquoise, black, yellow and orange (still trying), what i found is that the turquoise and black were able to last at least 2 months for me (depending on if i feel like changing it). But for yellow, for some odd reason... It doesn't last as long as other colours, only 2 weeks ~ a month. Orange is still hanging there, total use of one month. To avoid any bias, all experienced 3 hours/session, and they are all Yonex towel grip.

of all the badminton players i come across, especially when we high five after each game, my hands seem to sweat the least, so my grips last above 4-5 months, then i start losing grip and that's when the skin around my thumb comes off and that's when i know i need to change the grip...but some peeps do have really really sweaty hands.

My grips usually last me for about 4 months. But durability is not my concern. My hands tend to sweat a lot and within 2 weeks my grips usually stink real bad. And i cant be changing my grips every 2 weeks. Anyone of you have any suggestions for my stinkin problem?

    Default shouldn't ...

the answer to this question be ?

Depends on the colour of the grip

For example if the grip is black or dark you are unlikely to see any dirt on the grip so you don't change it for a couoole of months
However if the grip is light in colour (like my new white yonex super grap)
Your likely to change the grip a lot quicker as you can see the dirt on the racket more clearly

Actually a damn cloth works just fine, it was suggested by one of my friend. After playing today, i cleaned the grips with a damp cloth and the stinking smell was gone.
