I play for about 5-6 weeks with my Victor Frottee Grip (white). And that is about 9 hours a week. I change it when the grip gets all black and a bit wet. It plays great. nice and soft

New grips from Racket Expert are showing less wear and tear, and less loss of tack so far. So I estimate over 2 months for these ones

it depends on usage. If you play like 3-4 times, then about 2 months. Else, longer. However, if you expose it to sunlight, it may be shorter.

victor GR223 overgrip
for 10-12 sessions , 3 hours each

and turn the overgrip upside down , reuse again for another 10 sessions or so

PS: I've little hand sweat.

I use yonex supergrap as overgrip and dont change it until it rips.
