I am looking for the same thing, but no luck so far.

The only source is to look at news in Taiwan.....which requires you to read / understand some Traditional Chinese ;) :p

    Try this
    http://www.ctbad.org.tw/2004taipeiopen/index.asp

The results are posted in the panel on the right, but need to wait for it to be loaded.

Can't find any live scoring, and the results seemed to be updated only the next day.

I have unconfirmed reports that Wong CH may have lost to a Taiwanese player. Can someone confirm.

Lee CW, Kuan Beng Hong and Lee TS are through to semis.

    CCM/KKK are also through.

The reason why I am saying this is that Taiwanese newspaper only mentined LCW, KBH and LTS names.

According to the Taiwan Open website, it will be all-Malaysian semifinals. The players in the MS semifinals are Lee, Kuan, Wong, and Lee. So a Malaysian will win the title and a Malaysian will be the runners-up. We are used to seeing all Chinese semifinals (especiall for women) but not all-Malaysian semifinals.

Nothing much to shout about for MS. The only power house in this tournament is Malaysia.

However, it will be interesting for the other events, for e.g. MX

    Semi-final lineups

    MS
Lee Tsuen Seng v Kuan Beng Hong
Wong Choong Hann v Lee Chong Wei
LTS scrapped through against Johan, others in straight sets; bottom half battle should be interesting and should produce the winner

    MD
    Liu/Njoto (Hkg) v Chan/Koo (Mas)
    Hu/Tsai (Tpe) v Gunawan/Riyadi (Ina)
Liu/Njoto first seed, the rest unseeded, winner of top half should win and it's for Chan/Koo to lose, IMHO

    WS
Chiu Yi Yu (Tpe) v Yip Pui Yin (Hkg)
Ling Wan Ting (Hkg) v Umezu Chie (Jpn)
Ling is the only seed and the only one I ever heard of. Guess it should be hers, but other seeds were beaten by these unkowns and you never know.

    WD
    Chien/Cheng (Tpe) v Chin/Wong (Mas)
    Novita/Nurlita (Ina) v Jiang/Li (Sin)
Current rankings show that the Taiwanese pair are ranked 7, Malaysian 12, Singaporean 13 and Indonesian 18. However, form-wise they should be close. Chien/Cheng slight edge but title all for the taking.

    XD
    Shirley/Runesten (Nzl) v Rizal/Endang (Ina)
    Saputra/Li (Sin) v Koo/Wong (Mas)
Interesting match-up at the bottom half. Li, Koo and Wong have double duties. Although unseeded, I think winner of bottom half will gain title.

Overall, an almost flawless performance by the Malaysians thus far. Interesting to see how they fare in the doubles, obviously. Also interesting to note the spread of nationalities in all events except MS.

3 Indon pairs in the finals. Will it be Indon-Malaysian doubles finals? We'll see.
