    Hi Jonas,
A while back you said that Michael Lamp's smash is the most difficult to return, but it occurred to me that no one ever asked why? What about his smash makes it very good? Thanks,

I think his is very good because off the steep angle he manages to get on it. It´s very difficult to dig up if it´s close to the floor.

My defence have improved since I wrote this, I think so I´m not too afraid of his smash anymore. lol.

What range of shots can you play against a very steep smash?
Would you try to turn the rally in your favour, or concentrate more on a defensive shot and wait for a better chance to attack?

So now that you are not afraid of Michael's smash, whose smash would you say is most effective and why?
thanks for you time as always

    Hi Jonas!

How do you tackle those steep and very hard smashes? Do you improve on your leg and core strength so that you can lunge lower to return them?
