    That's true, I just remind you, that Indonesia Open 2004 in Jakarta ago, Taufik is also be a winner in that tournament. He's great, isn't he? Unfortunately, in Indonesia Open 2005 ago in Jakarta, he was lost. But, I hope he can add her achievement in the future. So, GOOD LUCK!!

    i see the great slip in standard in indonesian badminton there, from clean sweeping it, to 4 titles consistenly for many years, to recent years where they only won 1 or 2 titles...

    Or are the other countries improving?

    One question just came to my mind, was korea ever a strong nation in badminton?or did they only start improving tremendously in the past 10 years?becoz only 5 years ago, all i know bout korean badminton is lee dong soo/Yu yong sung and Ha tae kwon/Kim Dong Moon, nothing else, now theyre seeded in the thomas cup...
    Plus 10 years ago, i cnt think of any notable korean players at all...

    In Barcelona 92 (15 years ago), Korea got two gold medals, a silver medal and a bronze medal.

    Men's doubles: gold medal, Kim Moon-soo and Park Joo-bong
    Women's doubles: gold medal, Hwang Hye-young and Chung So-young and bronze medal, Gil Young-ah and Shim Eun-jung
    Women's singles: silver medal, Bang Soo-hyun (also gold medal in Atlanta)

    I forgot it, Korea also won 6 All England titles in mixed doubles between 1987 and 1991.
