    Hey All,
Recently, I broke the cone off my cab20ms through regular play and i was wondering if you guys think yonex will replace my racquet. I've tried super glue, but the cone just keeps breaking off. I believe it's a manufactuering defect, cones aren't supposed to break off like that=\ I've had the racquet for more than a year, so you guys think yonex will still honor my request or should i just get some stronger glue? thanks

I doubt they will replace anything outside of the 1-year warranty period even if its a manufacturing defect....

Superglue is best a fixing things that don't move. A badminton racquet is flexing all the time and thats probabbly why the superglue fails.

Try using a hot glue gun.

Double sided tape worked for me, attached it to the wooden cone and pulled the plastic cone down to secure it tightly.

    Works a treat :D

Thanks guys, i'll try the hot glue gun since i do have one at home. :) About the double sided tape, i'm a lil weary about that since i grip my cone sometimes when im near the net and i don't think the tape is strong enough to hold it. Thanks for the suggestions though Dill, that'll be my alternative :)

    Epoxy

The only glue sure use is EPOXY for all Badminton racket repiar.
I recommend use "2-Ton Epoxy (clear)" one.

maybe you can use a little bit of tape besides glue? that might help as well.
