In fact I went there on the 10th Wednesday at 11am when the API reading was > 150. One court was occupied. I sent my application form and the person looking after the Hall do not aware about this tourrnament. I paid RM50.00, of cause reluctantly, but if you divide it by 2 it is ok, if you make friends it is ok, if you get some business contacts it is ok . I met Michael when I was about to leave. We chit-chatted for a while. I asked him about the tournament. How many badminton kaki were taking part?, any free T-shirt? etc.. buy not much out of him. He was complaining about the sponsorship, the haze..etc. If he can secure one (sponsorship), those who participate might get a free T-shirt. You are right he is the boss, he has veto power. If the tournament is popular, he will not entertain you, otherwise he will be at your mercy.
