Hey I had this cool idea of making a weight vest. I have 30 little 1lb weight bars, and i plan to find a vest to like sow them on or something.....

I'm just wondering though, where would be the best places for me to put the weights? Or should I make some weight warm up pants?

I would look at other weighted vest. They have a vest in which they have little bars that you put in each pocket or something. The waits are everywhere on the vest. It covers most of it anyways...front, back, and side. But not much emphasis on the sides.

As for the weighted warm up pants, make sure you have something incorporated to hold it up. :p

I would suggest the extremities (ie/ ankles & wrists) rather than the torso.

Example, which do you think is tougher?

    (1) a 22KG bag of rice strapped to your back, or

    (2) two 11KG bag of rice on your each of your ankles (or wrists)? :crying:

    Cheers!
