I can't lob past 30 times... what am I talking about? I mean lobbing on the spot, keeping the bird above the ground with ur racket (without letting it rest on the racket).... used to do this alot in primary school great for concentration and control (i think bwahahaha) just curious how many times can other bfers can do it
never bothered counting, got bored, so i would stop some ppl say it's good practice, i just say it's very very boring...
dunno about 1 shuttle 25 hits is about my best with 2 shuttles at once (like juggling 2 balls one handed)
if i can lob even half of that number.. i'll probably roll on the floor in ecstasy. and break my neck.

haha i could do that more then a 100 times when i was a kid!!!!!!!!!!!!....like 5,6 years ago..and yeah im talking about badminton here!..and those lobs were atleast 4,5 feet high!
LOL, I do this in my house when I have nothing to do. I've never counted but I usually just get bored and stop.
Oh you do mean keepy uppy's..........as a variation on warmup we have the kids pass the racket round their backs in between shots, sometimes through the legs as well just to make it fun
Uhhs...I don't remember how many we did. But I remember doing clears with Kwun for 20 min or more once at open gym.
