At our badminton session yesterday afternoon, one of our players bought two racquets from JB. I was surprised that he got his "Amor Muscle" with Yonex strings tensioned at 25 lbs for about S$50. The racket looks quite attractive, has two extra string holes at both the L and R top frame section and quite easy to handle.

Imagine this price compared to the Yonex models, even those now selling at "50% super discount" at SportsLink outlets all over Singapore.

According to the ST advertisement on Dec 31, the following are the super deals:

Armortec Superbrands Limited Edition 5000 pcs worldwide (with free gifts) S$399 (Total worth S$680)
    Armortec 300, 500, 800 from S$239
    MusclePower 99, 100, 88 from S$199

Free gifts include 3 in 1 thermal bag worth S$40, grip tape $6, AS-5 shuttlecock (1 tube) $34.

What do you think of these super offers? ;)

i own an AT800DE, and it is a great racket all round. plenty of power in smashes, good manuverability for defense. My friend (one of the top players at my age in my city) chose this over the NS 7000 after trying them both. dont let the word "defensive" fool you, it is definitely not merely another defensive racket  ;) :D
