    I'm quite new to reading trackers given to me by a seller. I was just wondering if:

    Receive item at office of exchange (Otb);

    Insert item into bag (Otb);

    This service is provided by EMS, just wondering if it has been shipped out?

    Thanks.

    Lol.

    EMS = express mail service

    I believe the question is pretty clear:

    Basically, what I'm asking is:

    Receive item at office of exchange (Otb);
    Insert item into bag (Otb);
    Send item to customs (Inb);
    Receive item at office of exchange (Inb);
    Send item to domestic location (Inb);

    I was just wondering if any one who used trackers before understood these statements?

    What would the last statement given be?
