HI, Please tell me what are the best racket shops in and around Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia for Yenox rackets and clothing. How much would I expect to pay for Yenox Muscles power 88 and Yenox Very Cool shirts? Thanks
Re Hi, u can go to pertama complex at 2 and 3 floor. Do not string at a sign board with green color. Their stringing is lousy. So if want to buy go other shops around there. The price i not sure, abt few hundred RM$ for mp rackets. ceng
Pertama Address Hi there, Many thanks for the info! Can you give me the address for the Pertama Complex. Thanks.
Pertama Complex is on Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Opposite Sogo shopping complex, can get there using the STAR LRT line to Bandaraya Station... here's a map of it http://www.streetdirectory.com/kl/kl_map.cgi?sizex=400&sizey=400&ismap=1&x=411248.0000&y=349413.0000&level=6?161,201 i got lost in there the first time i went lol
u can try out the shop at MBA badminton court at puchong bandar puteri. they selling only Yonex stuff. else if u can go to Jalan mega mendung, behind Plaza OUG. the shop name is Sport Master, selling in cheap price.
Sport Master They sell Yonex and Gosen maily, almost all model for Yonex, include old models. They selling other brand too, such as Yang Yang, RSL, APACS, Fleet and many more. But not as many as Yonex and Gosen. Some old model they selling at cheap price.
pertama complex ask for sogo building. Then goto racquet world. Those guys are good. They can give a good price. Just say I recommend you there. You should try their stringing. Good tension. rgds
there's a racquet world in sogo?? anyway, the prices for most of the shops for most of the rackets are around the same price in pertama complex...just that some shops like racquet world and etakoh (i think thats the name) have more rackets for selection
i think he refers pertama complex as next to sogo. So far i got my rackets string at etakoh, all of them were string at 2 point. Is there any different with 6 point though?
racquet world is in pertama complex, phone number is +60 3 2144 8482, Lot G67(which doesn't help, cuz pertama complex has a very confusing layout) like din, i only went to etakoh, and yeah, 2 point.... i think 6 point keeps the racket closer to it's original shape when stringing...think it was mentioned somewhere in the forums
hi din, yeah, i heard sumone mention at the forum as well. what they said were 6 point is a new technology, when u string the racquet using 6 point, it keep ur racquet in original form. so that the racquet won't break easily in high tension. but for my opinion, the most important thing is the person who string the racquet. if the person has good skill and experience, i dun k he use 2 point or 6 point. wat u think?
wel, i can agree on that point. bottom line is the stringer must know what he's doing, the technique only good as a guide line. so far i'm quite satisfied with 2 point done by my stringer. just my 2 cents.
Y@R@Y, i usually ask for 23lb, but the stringer recommend 25lb, saying my racket capable of it. I'm quite happy with the tension though. btw my main racket is cab 30 3U and cab21 2U. how about u?
Just wondering How much did you guys buy Cab 30 and Ti10 in pertama? I am thinking of getting one of each. thank you!
cab 30 ms Got mine for RM400, inclusive of BG66, grip, bag. Not sure about Ti10, since no interest on it.
