hey.. is ther a technique that u guys can teach me .. like b4 i play i always stretch a little twisting my head.. wrist.. ankles... stretchign my arms and legs.. but near the middle of games., i always twist my wrist by accident or pull part of my leg.. and then it would hurt for the rest of the day or sometimes the whole week.. how can i prevent it.? are there any other kinds of stretches... does this happen to anyone else?.... i always get injured during games...
my guess would be that you do not have good footwork. Good footwork would probably help with your smashing problem also.
uhh but when i have good foot work.. like when im there.. with plenty of time to spare.. i still cant hit it with power... it just ends up being a fast angled drop...
