    hi all,

just have my racket strung and the guy at t shop ask me if i wanna string 22 cross instead of 23 cross strings. he said some of his customers commented that 22 has better replusion than 23( one string less at theT joint side.)

anyone tried this or know the difference? thanks

oh..i went ahead to try it at 2 cross BG66 at 25lb just for e record

With less cross strings, there's better rep. power; with more cross strings, there's better durability. Of course, less or more is within an acceptable range. (1 or 2).

I tried both, and think the difference is very minimal. Therefore, I just follow the Yonex 22 cross string pattern these days.

    i've used 22x23, 22x22, and now i'm using 22x21 (missing 2nd last cross).
i haven't exactly noticed any large differences, but maybe thats because i've improved as these changes were done over time.
