Do you constanly hit the shuttle out the back from the net or way short? The reason is likely that you are not paying attention to the cork to stringbed relationship when hitting.Often this is why tight net shots taken late are so deadly.Anyways I hope the diagrams are clear.

This is a good post. I will try to pay attention to these angles today, my tight net lifts from net often end up hitting the net.

The point being that if you can't hit a good clear from the net and keep it deep and in you can expect to either lose quickly or do alot of running .Awareness of where and why your errors are occuring is the only way to make corrections. If you have the correct grip ,footwork and swing motion but are getting either short or long clears it more than likely means your cork to stringbed relationship is incorrect.
