i string my racket (at800of) with bg65 at 29 lbs. i love the string and still continue to use them, however in the past two weeks i've broken 5 strings and i am on my 6th one( in two weeks time). In those two weeks i've only play about 6 times. It is not the stringers fault by any means, he went out of his way to do everything he could, even gave me free string on one occasion and free everything on the other(5th and 6th time).

For those of you wondering if i bang, scrath, or etc., that could damage the string prior to playing, no.

Have anybody in here experience this sort of problems?

I think ur rate of breaking string matches the rate of pros. ;) However, besides higher tension and power games, storage might be another problem. If you storage ur racket in hot/cold or dry condition, it will shorten the string life time. Also, if put the racket (w/o cover) against shaper things like keys, might be an issue as well.

assuming your stringers clamps are in good health, check if all your grommets are in place... broken or missing grommets can lead to racquet biting into your string or vice versa

4 broken strings since 15th January
    2 on 15th Jan
    2 last night

all in the middle of cross string number 9 (from top down)
    all while playing singles
with a mixture of tensions and strings
    Ti-10 with BG80 at 20x18
    MP100 with BG80 at 22x23
    Ti-10 with BG68-Ti at 21x20
    MP100 with BG80 at 21x20

These are all wear and tear breakages. The strings are cutting into each other quite a lot.

If your mains are breaking near the top of the racquet, it is usually due to a mis-hit (or possibly grommets).
