We're looking for new members at our smallish friendly club playing on Tuesdays 7.30 to 9.30 pm at the Sports Connexion, Ryton. Ladies are particularly welcome!! Standard is low to medium but improving, we have teams in the lower divisions of the Coventry League and the Leamington League. Badminton players in Rugby area I'm not able to join a club on a Tuesday evening but wondered if you might know any singles players in the Rugby area who might like to play weekly? I am looking for a badminton partner - all my friends play squash not badminton! I can play on a Friday afternoon, most Saturday's or some weekday evenings.

We lost 4-2, but all my games when to three & we won two of the Rubbers. I'm going to Manchester to-day for the English Championships so I let you know the quality of the play in my next reply... hi pete, unlucky with your match mate. well now im registered at long lawford hopefully ill be able to play with you guys in some matches. not sure who id partner though as i dont think ive seen everyone yet. we played pretty well together though. played a match last night and got beat 9-0. saxon in tamworth have amazing players. was a learning curve!

hi pete, good luck for your match. ive got a mens 2 match this fri here in the nuneaton league so im afraid i cant make this one but after this one im free on all fridays until more matches come along but im trying to keep fridays clear for long lawford! well when i played you at singles the other week im sure you noticed i was full of cold. in fact i was in casualty the next morning struggling with breathing but im all over that now so i look forward to our next game. i think we are both much better doubles players though - im too lazy for singles!!

Summary!! Hi jon, Got up late this morning, but still made it to work on time. Well last night match against St Philips wasn't as good as last friday match, we lost the match 4-2 & put it this way, we was lucky to pick up the two rubbers. Anyway, I mention to Simon about you are ready to play matches for Long Lawford, guess what??? If you are available on Monday 13th Febuary 2006, We have a match against Long Buckby at Daventry Leisure Centre. beginner level hi, i have been playing for a couple of months in scotland, but am moving back home now, so am looking for a club to play with in Coventry. does anyone know of any? pref not on a tuesday as i am hoping to play hockey as well and the training for the clubs in Coventry seems to be on a tuesday also!
