Being open to feedback does not mean that you have to implement it. I'm trying to write a book, so I get this a lot

My comments had nothing to do with what you just said.
but since you bring it up ... No, they dont Have to implement anything
Either they allow me and it seems many other ppl with similar concerns to pay in another way (subscription or dvds)... or they lose potential customers & money, its that simple.

Hi, my PayPal extended use thingy has finally come through and I have been able to spend my first 2 GBP on the backhand low serve video.
The content is well presented and the man really knows what he is talking about. Highly recommended.
The streaming video is watchable despite the fact that it is far less than ideal. My internet connection however is a 3 mbs DSL line, so your own mileage may vary...

I agree with you Frank and after i purchased my initial videos i learnt a great deal from the grip video especially.
I would love to see a dvd released as i do have problems watching the streams for whatever technical reasons.
i would also suggest to the administrator of the site to allow the free downloading of complete clips rather than just snippets. this would give a better indication of the depth of the video and coaching advice that is within each video. The 2 minute free downloads are simply not enough to appreciate what the site or each video has to offer.
i wish the guys at IBBS all the best and hope that some of the technical problems get ironed out pretty soon.

I have been trying to reach someone at this email address without any success. It is completely disappointing!
I have made a purchase of the full set DVD- 'Roots of Badminton' and have not received anything. Can i at least get some response to prove that this website is not a scam??

I Purchased a pair of shoes from them at the WC 2003, and paid at the Venue, with the promise of them sending me a pair.
Even after several attempts at retrieving them (with the new and old website) I failed, and have given up as a loss.

I got my own DVD set for awhile. That's just after LJB took over as England's national coach. He's really prompt with after-sale correspondance. Give him some time to respond, I trust that he's been extra busy training the national squad.
