First, I'm new to this Forum ans have tried to reply to a Thread regarding wrist pain bu failed as I got an error.

I play twice a week and often on the second night, my wrist will start having pain and all my hits, return and smash become too weak to have ny real effects, unless I paly with beginners. The pain linger after the game and I try to avoid handshaking as an enthusiatci one will cause the same pain to my waist.

I've tried squeeze grip and balls but have no success. any suggestions ?

These threads may or may not help you.

The best advice anyone can give is to see a doctor.

Next best thing is to find out in what positions the pain is presentand think how you may be getting in these position in the game.

Many people get wrist injuries (me included) because they warm up the rest of their body (legs, shouders etc) then go and hit some clears which put stress on your "cold" wrist.

But basically if you have pain, then you must rest until the pain is not present, and you have full movement of your wrist back. Then take care of it. Maybe wear a strap to start with.

I couldnt play for three months when I hurt mine, and I can still tell it isnt the same.
