    thx, this is cool =) it wud sure help! i always tend to carry on playing even if im injured cos i love badminton so much hehe, very bad! :eek:

    Take a read at number 6, it says eating RICE prevents pulling muscles???! is that y us chinese are really good? :D

    :) RICE = rest, ice, compression, elevation. It doesn't say "eat" RICE.

    haahaha too bad, i could see myself packin away the rice to get rid of this tendonitis in my shoulder :D
