BBESPORTS customer service
I'm looking for the best deal for a Ti-10 2u, and it seems like i've found it. I would like to know from BBESPORTS customers about their quality of service when making purchases online. This can include the provisionary of stringing, racquet case, up to date shipping, etc etc.
Thank you for your time and I will be looking forward in reading your responses.

You probably have a better chance of getting a reply from them if you type Mandarin. I emailed them in English before, but never got any replies. I think some BF members have bought from them before. BBESports is definitely legit.

they are very responsive and quick at everything as long as you talk to them in chinese using instant messengers. they use MSN messenger and QQ, later of which is very popular in China. I modified my order back and forth for at least 5 times before stringing and shipping. I had no problem with them at all. stringing and logo painting are free. no deposit is required for local delivery. I ordered an AT800DE with free BG70 pro and a bag. I talked to them online and my uncle, who is in china right now, paid the bill and received the products. he will bring the racket over to canada in april because shipping costs quite a lot if shipping to canada directly.

I emailed them in english once and got no reply. Since then i've had a chinese friend email them for me. After that they were quick, friendly, and the goods I ordered (2x ti-10 3u + a ton of string) were 100% authentic.
thumbs up to bbesports.com, I wouldn't hesitiate to buy from them again.

yeah they have pretty good customer service. they repaired my at800 a week ago. and yes if you speak chinese they are more responsive, i wish they hire me as their email-reader, or english/chinese translator
and I will only charge 1 buck per deal.

If i paste mandarin in word it`s not displayed either.
I think it`s not possible for a european to order at bbesport.
I checked all updates for office and windows to display chinese sentences, but it didn`t work. I sent 3 english mails to bbesport...
I am kind of disappointed, but perhaps the shoes would not have fitted...

Maybe they only have a part time employee (i.e. a student, etc) taking care of english emails. Therefore, it will take much longer than expected?

If you posted the letter to bbesports@hotmail.com ,I think it'll be responsive quickly. The server of BBEsports.com often lose some letter.

Yes, I have bought from them before and was very satisfied with my purchase. It's a bit pricy though, considering that they accept only money order
