If an audio recording device was left there, any person can hear the play back of that noise even tho that person wasn't there to witness it. Beside, why do a human has to hear it to be considered noise. Nearby forest animals and insects would clearly hear the falling tree. I've just debunked the "Falling Tree Paradox...
