    The purple ti-10 performs the same as yellow ti-10 IMO.

    Sorry, instead of saying dark say old ti-10 so everyone understands. The old ti-10 is a offensive racket where as the new ones are more all-rounder.

    btw, a curious question here. any1 seen 2ug5 purple ti-10?

    The old Ti-10 is a powerful beast for smashing (especially for the 2U version) but demanding, new ti-10s (yellow and purple) are more all rounded and easy to use.

    just found an old Ti-10 JP popped up in feabay, any one interested may want to check it out.

    Even if it is a JP version the price is just stupid.

    For the first time, I was able to use a Ti-10 yesterday. My first impression was that it was very forgiving, smashes were very solid, easy to maneuver and control. It came into mind that the racket was an all-rounder. Later realized that I was falling in luv with it. Maybe I'd switch from an AT900T to a Ti-10.

    @nipoy
    How was the smashing and defensive ability of TI.10 compare to AT900T?
    From the scale of 1-10, what are the scores for both rackets in regards of power and defense?
    Was your TI.10 and AT900T both in 3U? What string and tension did you use?
    What generation did your TI.10 belong to? is it 2008 edition (dark purple in color)?

    Thanks for your info

    @IronHide
    I remember you , you were the one who kept on suggesting that I choose the AT900T against all the other rackets.

    OK, Both rackets are 3U, Ti-10 ( purple ) is in G4 with BG85 @ 28 lbs. My AT900T in G5 was coincidencely with BG85 @ 28 lbs (as to BG80 & BG66 strings were out of stock ). Ti-10 has a longer shaft compared to AT900T, I think that makes AT900T stiffer than Ti-10.

    In terms of POWER, I'd give Ti-10 a 9. For AT900T a 9.5. But I think Ti-10 is more consistent with power compared to AT900T. For DEFENCE, both rackets are fast, but Ti-10 felt lighter so I'd scale Ti-10 0.5 more defensive than AT900T.

    Overall rating, I'd say both rackets are on PAR in terms of their performance.

    The only thing different is the price.
