Is Armotec 700 a single racquet or doubles?

but acording to the chart, the AT700 is in the middle between single and double

 

It doesn't really matter really... but I use my AT700 for doubles.

 

The way I look at singles/doubles rackets is:
1. All rackets can be used in singles; not all rackets can be used in doubles.
2. The reason that not all rackets can be used in doubles is mainly because of the durability issue. If the racket is not strong enough, I wouldn't use it in doubles. (racket performance and design are other factors, but I am just saying in general, I would consider the durability at the first place) For example, using Slim10 in doubles is a horrible idea because it's fragile (well-known).

 

I don't quite agree with ur statement. You assumption might be true for some players, but can't represent all. Many club lvl players, who tend to worry about clashes, simply refuse to use any expensive (with their own standard) rackets to play doubles with strangers. However, many others don't care, or concern about performance way over durability (not necessary rich, though )

 

Well, that's why I said it's just the way I consider it with only concerning the durability issue.

If there is no concern on the durability issue, then I will just use anything I like

 

wish u guys would cut down on the science statements. for me, the armo700 is horrible . when i used it for doubles, 1/8 of a clash killed it.

when i used it for singles, my arm was exhausted within 45 minutes of play. my arm was freaking exhausted because of the raw power that it produces. i'm kind of glad i lost that racket in a doubles game cause i was killing off all my friends with it. *i mean girls not guys *
