Hi! I just want to introduce myself. I am from Germany, the northern part where it`s pretty cold. I have been playing badminton for 5-6 years now. I actually got addicted to this sport in summer 2004 when i was watching the olympic games. I was so impressed of the gamestyle of taufik hidayat that i started a real training. Now I am addicted to this forum where i learned so much about aspects like string tension or different rackets... I hope this site will grow even bigger. I am 24 years of age, and i`m 1,78 m high - if that matters (like in the badminton videos where they always show these two aspects) I already met nice people here, especially one person who helped me order shoes from a chinese company by translating english - chinese (Thanks again). So thats it for the moment, looking forward to talk to you in this forum TrueBlue
True Blue , you are right this game and this foroum both are addicting. Other wise why would i be sitting on internet so late in the night.

Hey fend, i read a lot of posts from you, the last ones were about this super smasher who breaks all shuttles...very amusing...hope i don`t have to play against him since shuttles are so expensive...
