When Peter Rasmussen played internationaly (like at the Thomas Cup 2002 and WC Fianl 1997) what racket did he use? Also what tension was it at and what balance and if anyone knows what it was made of. I would really like to know.:)

    Thanks

    Nathan

In the final of the WCH '97 he used a Yonex Isometric Tour 300, but he didn't have a sponsorship contract with yonex, so he played without logo on the strings. After the WCH he made a big deal with Carlton and used to play with some custommade Carlton racket (not the airblade rasmussen signature racket - he tested and promoted it, but never really used it) and the Carlton Airblade 2000. Later (still under Carlton contract) he switched to the Yonex Cab 21, which he used till his retirement from the international circus lately.

Yes you certainly are right about the new Rasmussen Range. What did he use in the Thomas cup match against Lin Dan (sorry if you already answered it).

At the Danish Open '02 and the Copenhagen Masters '02 he played with the Cab 21, so I guess he also used it during the Thomas Cup.

I'm not trying to start an argumant Olli but i believe that he had a Carlton logo on his racket (or at least when he played Lin Dan). So he can't of been using Yonex.

In the 2002 Thomas Cup. PR lost to LD 1-7 3-7 7-1 2-7. He was using a Grey Carlton racket with a yellow towel grip. Does anyone know what that racket is ?

Sorry, I thought you meant the most recent TC.

Lin Beat Gade in Straight games in TC final 2004. But Peter was apparently suffering from stomach bug.
