    Peter Gade v Mohd Hafiz
Potentially the most exciting match of the day. Depends on Hafiz's mood. Both players were taken to 3 sets yesterday, but Peter was up against Lee Hyun Il. Strangely, for such high profile players, Peter and Hafiz have never played each other before.
Prediction: Peter because he is more consistent

    WS
    Pi Hongyan v Xu Huaiwen
Did you notice that all four semifinalists are Chinese exports? On paper, it looks like Pi. The head-to-head is 8-4 in her favour, but the 4 matches that Xu won were in the recent 6 matches. However when I checked in more detail, this head-to-head does not include the recent German Open where Pi won.
Prediction: Pi because of she won the last time they met.

    MD
    Candra Wijaya/Sigit BUdiarto v Flandi Limpele/Eng Hian
The old-timers strike back. Both the semi-finals were won by pairs who most people regard as underdogs. I got both my predictions wrong.
Prediction: Candra/Sigit because my gut feeling says so.

    WD
    Chien Yu-Chin/Cheng Wen-Hsing v Lee Kyung Won/Lee Hyo Jung
Lee/Lee were the favourites for the title even before the tournament began.
    Prediction: Lee/Lee

    XD
    Nathan Robertson/Gail Emms v Nova Widianto/Lilyana Natsir
Interestingly, when the Widianto/Natsir pairing broke into the scene, one of the high-profile pairs they beat was Robertson/Emms en route to taking the Singapore title. The head-to-head stands at 1-0. However, Robertson/Emms have been on fire recently and the momentum does not seem to have stopped. The gut feeling says the Indons but my head prevails.
    Prediction: Robertson/Emms

MS is very interesting...cannot really predict.

However, if either of the players employ the right strategy at the right time, either can run away with the game.

This is very strange, I can't login for live streaming for some reason? It says, "Please correct the entries highlighted in red. We either had trouble understanding those fields, or need more information. - The requested event is not running at the time."

    Weird!! Has it actually started?
