Dear Terence,
We're playing in Dao Duy Anh Court every sundays from 10h to 11h (1 court), 11h to 12h (3 courts) 12h to 14h (5 courts). You're welcome to join. We belong to the biggest and most active badminton forum in HCMC. www.caulong.com, we're developing an English box very soon, so you guys can come and take part. This is a big group with all sort of levels. I'm sure you'll have fun with us.

Will be in Ho Chi Minh for a short company trip in mid April. Just wondering how far are these badminton halls from New World Hotel (at District 1). Would like to get a workout and hopefully do some badminton shopping if time permits.

Hi Bruce,
The nearest to yr First World id the Cultural Center at Nguyen Tri minh. There are 2 places where u can play badminton too. That is at Marie Curie School and NO:1, Nguyen Van Cu. These 2 places are slightly further abit but not very far away. Ask the cab driver n he v be ablke to bring u there.

Any club good in HCM? Going back in around 2 weeks .Btw.. IS there any club that has a ladder or something similiar. I am going back with my family, but no one plays. So will need to find a partner to play with or against..

HCM areas
Hi mtakako,
There is a group of Malaysians and Singaporeans playing at Marie Curie School at District 1, near Diem Bien Phu side. You may walk in on Tuesday or Thursday about 2000hrs or you may go there on Sunday at 1800hrs to join them. This group speak English n hokkien dialect. Think you should not have any problem of communication. Suggest you contact Mr Awang or Mr Teoh. Enjoy yr games there
Thanks to Permanis for his help in this too.

Hi all!
I am desperately looking for an indoor badminton court in HCMC under the following criteria:
- central location (Q1 or Q3 best)
- courts systematically available in the evening during weekdays (through transparent booking or the such)
- user-friendly for non-Vietnamese speakers.
Any suggestions?
Cheers

Oh, I forgot to mention: I have a playing partner, so I really just need a court, not an active community...
Cheers
