I'm just wondering.. What food must not be eaten if you want to be a good player?? My friend said that ice cream is prohibited. Is it true?

its fine to eat anything as long as you still keep in shape to play badminton, most of the time afer i play badminton for like 6-7 hours i go home and eat a whole pizza and well i mean sure there are people that woudl think it is wrong to do so. although i do workout after that to make sure that i dont gain that weight. meh just eat whatever you want that is if your willing to put in the extra effort to keep in shape.

Try not to eat blocks of concrete - if you are playing doubles it's difficult to shout "in" or "out" to your partner with all your teeth missing.

Many words tend to sound simillar.

You can eat anything you want but you have to maintain your fitness and stamina which might mean eat anything you want but in moderation if it is not considered healthy, and always keep one eye on the scales  So living on McDonalds every day is out, well if you want to win national titles anyway :p

Dammit, ther's another obsticle in my road

Or perhaps you should eat more? Optimal strength and endurance gain requires a surplus of calories. It's all about keeping a balance.

usually before I play I eat taco bell's grilled stuffed buritto with no meat or two soft tacos; they usually are a good luck charm and the carbs and protien keep me well through the entire match.:D

overall, eat something that gives you a steady amount of energy.
