Hey Miyuki,
It's a great thing you do for our fellow BF badders to accommodate and help them while they're in Japan. It must be hard keeping up with their requests while taking care of your family
. Kudos to you for your generosity and kindness!

Hello Miyuki,
Thanks for the map. I finally got it. I actually went last Saturday and found Nakahara high school. Unfortunately, no one was around when I got there (6.30pm or so). I waited for a bit to no avail. It's probably not my day to play badminton :-(
Will there be a game this Saturday? Which part of the school is the badminton court? I saw the basketball court with lights on but no one was there.
Regards,
Titus

Thank you for your kind offer. I am wondering if it is possible for me to join your club for this coming weekend (Aug 20th/21st) since I will be travelling to Tokyo on Aug 16th on a business trip. If so, I would appreciate some directions/map as how to get to your club from Tokyo.
Warmest regards

I arrived after earthquake ..
Miyuki-san
I was lucky and arrived in Narita after the earthquake which I saw on CNN when I checked into the East 21 hotel (Toyo, Koto-ku, Tokyo). Thank you for asking - it looked like a pretty substantial quake (7.5). What really got to me was the video clip with the child who was walking around with a bandaged left cheek and I continue to hope and pray that everyone is ok.
I will check out the website link and see if I can get there over the weekend.
Thanks a whole bunch!!

I would like to play badminton, can I join your club?
Hello Miyuki,
I came from Melbourne last week and I will be in Japan for a few months. I am looking for a place to play badminton. I am living in Kannai now. Can I ask you where I can play badminton? Is there a club that I can join? How much is the fee?
I can't speak Japanese so will it be hard for me to join the club?
Thanks for your help. I really miss playing badminton again. I played regularly in Melbourne and I really hope I can find a place and friend to play with in Japan.
Regards,
Nora
