Hi I searched the forum for hawk 20e and I ddin't find much. I was wondering if anybody ghas ever tried or owns a hawk 20e. I'm planning on buying a stringing machine as I am starting to get frustrated with all the money I spend due to frequent breakage of strings. I usually string my racquets at 26lbs: Which one of these machine would you suggest me ? Haw 20e http://www.eagnas.com/hawk20e.html Easy-3 http://www.eagnas.com/easy3.html Thanks
You will have a higher racquet breakage rate stringing at 26lbs or more with the Hawk20e. The Easy-3 is the way to go. The difference between the two machines is that the Hawk20e is just a 2-point 4 support machine whereas the Easy-3 is a 6-point 10 support machine, the latter having the critical side supports for high tensioning stringing.
thx alot, other than these two choices, what other stringing machine would you recommend with a price range of around 350 $ US
I remember giving a list of badminton-only stringing machines a week or two ago, which you might find useful.
Yes, it will do, and it can string at very high tensions. But to minimize any tension 'leak' or creep you will have to use a total of 4 flying clamps.
For Eagnas badminton stringing machines the best site is www.eagnas.com/lilylee. Then click on to "Badminton stringing machines". You can email them and ask fo Mr Chu.
