That was why. bg65 thickness 0.70 that is why it produced ding noise instead of bg68ti, the thickness is 0.68, it will produce big bang sound. I used bg65 and now changed to bg68ti. All bg65 juz sux. You can consider bg68ti(0.68mm) or bg66(0.66mm) or bg85(0.67mm). They each produce good impact.

No. Lol. mp100 could be strung up to 30 pound.

The stringer is just scared that he might break it. Go find some one more confident.

Some string boys are morons.... When I took my MP30 to string BG80 at 24lb, the guy said no because he said the string might break...

So I strung it at 23lb, and he was freaking out because he said I should string in the range of the recommendations. I was so pissed lol..

Then I found this other guy who knows the stringer well, and got his MP66 strung with BG87 at 24lb..

DO STRINGERS ONLY STRING HIGH TENSION FOR THEIR FRIENDS? :crying::crying::crying:

Well, think about it in the bright side :)

At least the stringer didn't break your racket.

Well what am I gonna do lol....

I don't wanna trust other stringers, and I don't wanna spend $$$$$ buying a stringing machine AND learn how to string...

Is there any other options? Other than going to other stringers?

maybe talk to the string boy? :(

The big bang noise comes partly from the strings but mainly from the power of the stroke (wrist snap) and where you hit (sweetspot). Any yonex strings will give you the big bang.

Also, stringing at higher tensions, 24+ lbs, will also only give you the big bang if you have power. The reason why it makes a ding noise is because your hit is too weak for the higher tension (no offense, it'll feel like a flat board if you have no power). Or if you hit it off center.

frankly speaking, 17lbs - 22lbs is really bad. The hardness decrease in a week.
