pain in my right arm

I hurt my right arm too, but it was my shoulder though. It still hurts since ive been on the team since february. I am a freshman in high school. I put on ointment for muscle and joint pain. It works for a few days and it come back but weaker.

be careful of shoulder injury.. some takes a very long time to heal.. some might feel the pain after every playing session.. important thing is use the correct technique when play and warm up properly..

I think one thing that you need to do is warm up properly. When you're younger you tend to just go straight in and wack the living crap out of the bird, but proper warm up is very important.

If you don't warm up properly now, it'll be even worser as you get older.
