The shirt is actually red, and the racket does look different when you watch the match

Well at least according to Mark A's photo. I did not really take note of it when I was watching TBH/KKK

TROLL? Are you familiar with "graphics" ?

Does anyone here know whether any professional player now uses the C7 or F9? Just curious.

What did NTM use anyway? Looked like a Victor from the buttcap but I can't tell.

Thanks. I've never seen an MX70 in real life so I couldn't tell.

Interestingly NTM was wearing Yonex and using MX-70 while he was wearing Kawasaki in the last tournament before the WC2013 - I can't remember which Open it was.
I hope NTM will get some better paid sponsorships with his recent success as bronze medallist

The crease across the name in his shirt is quite funny.

FYI the Vietnamese don't put their surnames first, so his initials are TMN.

Hi there, I've red a lot of posts in the Victor Mx-JJS threat that many of us like this racket, if we like it this much why don't the top players like it, I've bought it myself also, but isn't there a top player who uses this racket( and i mean anyone else but JJS himself of course)
    Greetings

Kim Ki Jung uses it and he's world ranking with his partner Kim Sarang is 4..If that isn't top enough for you then what is?

Jakub Bitman from the Czech Republic uses it as well, and I've seen a couple German sponsored players with it too (not competing internationally). I think there was a Taiwan player using it as well, was it WD or WS? Anyhow, despite it being a signature racket, quite a few international players use it.

Heard that it was due to his sponsor, he prefers MX70 racket but he has contract with Kawasaki and apparently, Yonex provides the outfits

In Vietnamese culture, his full name will actually be : Nguyen (Family name) - Tien (Middle name) - Minh (Given name), so his correct initial is MNT, oh well but I guess it doesn't really matter to him, folks used to call him NTM all the time

That's so bizarre. I've had Vietnamese friends all my life and none of them follow that traditional format! Well, you learn something new every day!

Maybe you're Vietnames friends are born Australian, or it is something i dont know about. But it is exactly that Himari said that Vietnamese names are always follow that order, with family name being first and given name being the last. I've lived in Aus for 2 yrs and most of Vietnamese name with follow this order of "middle name" "given name" and "last name".
