Best Double Playing Style

    For me, the best ever double games I had watched is the 1996 Atlanta Olympics final.. match between Ricky Subargja - Rexy Mainaky and Cheah Soon Kit - Yap Kim Hock.. even saw a backhand smashing from Ricky... wah liu!!!

    dont know whether you all agree with me... one of the 90's doubles world class playing style is like one side attacking and one side defending... the defending side gives long ball to the back of the court and the attacking side keep doing jumping smash..

    but then today hard to see this kind of games already...

    yup.. agree! Ricky-Rexy is one of the world greatest double player... for now, I like to watch Alven Yulianto and Luluk Hadianto play...

    Yeah Ricky and Rexy are pioneers and legends. Watched some of their games on video. However, I prefer Ha and Kim's style. Defense and offense were very fluid and shifts constantly. AE2000 all Korean final was one of the best showcase of how mens doubles should be played.
