When a match is playing in RealPlayer, I click on the pause bottom. And then I tried to save to frame which are freezed by pressing Print Screen tuts on the keyboard. It didn't work when I pasted it in the other graphic software. Can anybody tell me how to catch a frame/picture in RealPlayer ?
I tried it on windows media player and pasted it on mspaint, and it worked fine. Did you only press PrtScreen or Alt-PrtSceen?
Print screen will not work if you have Video Acceleration enabled since the media player will use screen overlay, which bypassess the OS basically. You can disable it under right click desktop, properties, settings, advanced, troubleshoot, and slide the Hardware Acceleration tab all the way to the left to none.
It is not on Windows Media Player, but on RealPlayer, because the video is in .RMVB format. I tried both with and witout Alt, but still didn't work. Thanks BRL, it works. If I let the settings always NONE, will it be a problem later ?
I've turned it off for a few months and the only difference was - higher CPU usage when watching videos, moving program windows, scrolling within a document - choppier video performance, especially when scrolling through a graphic intensive document by dragging the scroll bar. (That eats up a very large amount of video bandwidth under standard mode) - unable to play 3d video games... results in random crashes if a program tries to use 3d settings.
