I usually use MP100 (3U G4 with BG80, 20 lbs), but today had the luxury of trying both MP99 (2U G3, BG80) and Armortec 800 Offensive (3U G3 with extra grip, BG80). Armortec 800 off felt just sweet! I had so much better control with it than with MP100 - lifts were more accurate (I could actually lift up smashes that I earlier had no chance of getting!), netplay better and I don't think I lost anything on smashes either.
MP99 on the other hand didn't really suite me. maybe it was because of the weight or the lack of extra grip, but it just felt a poor smaller brother to MP100. The guy I played with had the same feeling - initially he thought that MP99 was good, but after a few sets he went back to MP100.
I haven't had a chance to try Nanospeed 8000 yet (7000 was ok but nothing special when compared to 800 off or MP100), but so far Armortec 800 offensive has been the best racquet I've ever tried. Then comes MP100, after that MP77 or maybe Armortec 700, then Nanospeed 7000 and only after that MP99 (haven't tried the Carbonex series though). But I admit I still have to try the 3U model from MP99 - it makes a big difference.
P.s. I was in a competition today, and have to say that about every fourth player was using MP99 (from the top finnish doubles players)... perhaps they just can't afford the Armortec 800 (which in Finland costs a whopping 239 € = about 280 USD ).

Forgot to mention that even though I played doubles matches today I tried the MP99 and Armortec 800 offensive while training singles. Started the doubles with Victor Fung 3000, but after a miserable game moved to MP77 (with a bit better luck...).
