    Hi,

I recently switched rackets from a Forza Titanium Tech 500 which was head heavy, pretty light, and pretty flexible, to a Muscle Power 99 which is somewhat heavier, weight balanced, and extra stiff. Ever since I switched rackets I have noticed a big difference in my play and alot of times I just hit the tape of the net and the shuttle does not go over.

Will I have to put some more power/wrist into my drop shots at the net now since I switched from a flexible to a extra stiff racket?

Will I have to put more power/wrist into returning smashes, once again due to the flexibility?

    Thanks for any help.

you should get habit by yourself, the thing with stiffer racquet is that they are less forgiving. Your point of contact with a flexible is more forgiving cause of the flex, with a stiff your have to hit at the exact place cause there no margin. So just get a better timing and it will go fine
