Default Zylon vs Nanotubes.. ... SWNT

Looked at som tennis rackets using Zylon 360:
    Zylon 360 Technology

Zylon 360 Technology: Zylon 360 is a high performance material, developed by Toyobo of Japan. Its light weight and high tensile strength contributes enhanced strength and stability, while retaining maneuverability.
Zylon has been of interest in the airforce industry due to it being stronger/lighter than Kevlar :-) (its a polymer material).

I sense the Nano-technovolgy is just in its infancy so far for badminton-rackets..

As far as I know, Zylon has been used for a while by Babolat in their tennis line-up

Yes I know, the quote on top is from Babolats web :-)

Sounds like an interesting material for badminton.. But woven Nano would perhaps be even better :-)

I don't think we'll have the technology to weave nanotubes for a long time.
