I'll be in toronto for a few days in late July to attend my cousin's wedding just wondering where i can get some baddie drop in with competitive recreational players. I'll be staying in the Markham area, but from the other thread I read it seems that the places are not much of a drop in but more of membership kinda thing? and the impression is that people won't let you join their groups if you go alone... hehe i hope someone can help me out... cuz a week staying at my cousin's place doing nothing will bore me to death !:D

    P.S.
I know its deadly hot in TO during the summer, so do indoor gyms have AC ? lol i'm not the kinda person that can stay heated too long, :p

Yeah, most places have AC. Most of the clubs that allow guest and drop ins are all closed since they're mainly affiliated within high schools. The other clubs are all membership based but I'm sure you can probably go with a member of one of the clubs to go play.

There are plenty of drop in places to play in the Markham area! You can find a few at www.ontariobadminton.on.ca (Click on Places to play). There are many places in mississauga as well, but u prolly wouldn't want to be driving and hour to play for a few hours.
