hey guys... when i see people doing the overhead stroke, their arms seem to be at the highest point (stretched at its maximum), but when i do this, i find my arm locked and my stroke cant go smoothly. Am i doing it wrong? Please advise me on my stroke. Thanks

Do some warm up first, flex your arms many times. In case it jammed. The reason to put arm high is, in order to smash it over the net, its kind of stunt to fake opponent. And also, when you stretch to the fullest, the power is bigger. Hope this solve your queries.
