hello.. may i ask anybody that could help me.. i want to be great in badminton as this is my only one sport that i'm ok.. now i my weight is 67kg and height 162cm and now i doing my exrcise to build up my stamina.. so, can anybody give me some point to be great in badminton.. i mean, what training should i do?? and my backhand is weak.. how should i train my backhand.. plz help me.. thanks..

no.. thankx aiyaa.. i cant easily go out every sunday morning.. cuz now i'm in form 5 lorr.. have a lot to improve in my academic.. SPM is too near maa.. i just 1 2 train my self at home.. So,, i dont waste time out there..
