Badminton Club in Cary There is a new badminton club in Cary. They play at Bond Park Recreation Center on Saturdays from 9.30AM - noon.
any update on this thread? anyone know whom to contact and what level they play at bond park? thx in advance.
There are actually two clubs in Cary area now. There is play at Netsports in Morissville (http://www.badminton-rtp.com/ has more information) and Bond Park. Netsports meets on Friday 6 -9 PM right now and session is 8 weeks which ends Nov 20th (09) and these 8 week sessions are on going, level of play at Netsport is good. Bond park meets on Friday from 8 - 10PM and Saturday from 2.30 - 5.30PM, since they changed the timings on Friday level of play has gone down there but it will pick up once Friday timings get better after basketball season. -Nikhil.
alrighty, thanks for that update. netsports seems a little too far away for me. how about saturdays level at bond park? do you have any experience with triangle badminton meetup group? i noticed that you are active in that group too.
