but i have a golfer fren.. whose her father is a golf coach too.. he asked his daughter to eat beef after training or after excercises.. they need protein.. n my fren is not that kind of fit n fat person.. she's thin.. i wonder why.. but by playing golf may not burn so much calories gua..
