Actually her arms are so slim that look like there is no muscle at all. Who can imagine such a pair of slim arms can generate that kind of powerfull smashes and punch clears.

Lin Dan is younger than Xie Xing Fang.
If I am not mistaken, he is two years younger. He was born in 1983 and Xie was born in 1981.
