Hello Harimau, it was great to meet you too at SAC. I would never have known it was you until I saw your daughter Claudia from the stands. I was telling my double's partner, Tommy, "I know that girl from somewhere." Then it hit me, she, Yannie and Ants are the most photographed individuals on BC.

Way too late Dink.....the deadline was on Mar 7, 06.
Maybe next time around if you are interested. I heard Don Van is playing with Randy Hsia in double event, while Randy will play mix event with CHeryl CHow. Go ...go... our future champion...... the more tournaments they play they more experience they get .....

yah, the draw is quite small, but quite interesting as i can see a few SGVBC players participating...didn't see Tony or Halim participating..But Howard and Bob will strut their stuff as a new pair for the first time..
BTW, just wondering, do you know if this tournament will use the new 21-pt under-trial scoring system or the normal scoring system..

Such small draw, looks like a local tournament.
Hardly anyone from east coast coming to this tournament.
I guess the OCBC players scared everyone away at the Boston Open.
Seems tournament participation is getting lower and lower.

I see a lot of young SGVBCers on the draw. That's good see.

USAB has not adopted the new IBF scoring system yet for domestic tournaments. So the old scoring system will still be used (3 x 15, 3x11). You know what i mean.
Again it is just sad to see the low turnout of players. I mean where are you all hard core badminton fanatics ?

You should have Nick and Claudia play.

It is totally a different league still, bro. It can not be forced !!! Let the "force" comes naturally. When it arrives, then of course we will let them play and gain the an invaluable experience to play in an open circuit ...
