Yes, unfortunately it does clash with the Ben's tournament and I believe there's also the Smashing Jr. tournament at Smash City that same weekend also. I tried to have the organizers change the date, but they were already committed to that weekend.

yeah. quite unfortunate. as more and more tournament pops up (which is great!) there bound to be these clashes.i think we need to have a tournament registry of some sort to avoid these date clashes in the future.
i guess BC can do it. everyone just need to email/PM me their date. i will let them know if there are clashes or not.

Wow Kwun, that's a really great idea. If there is a tournament registry by regions, it would be easier to plan out when to hold the tournaments. As you said, it's great there's more tournaments, but not when the dates clashes with each other.

Ok, I will "tell" Halim the Great Panda has requested him to play. lol. I think you are out of luck as Halim will be going up north as for as I know. And the "E" flight was supposed to be a secret!!!

That's the point!!! "Cash prize paid for ALL flights", if no one else enters, it's a sure thing. lol.
I wouldn't say it's going to be easy money for Halim yet. Ben is hoping to get some international players to come play the event, which would be great. So with the prize money, some Canadians might show up, and hopefully some others that didn't make the Olympics.

Hi Chris, how have you been? Unfortunately, I won't be playing in this event cause I will be overseas. And the Panda doesn't like to compete. He doesn't like to show off his skills. lol. How come you always go and watch but never play in any of the tournaments?

...Oh yeah, Uber Cup goodness in Indo. You and/or Halim better hook Panda up with that Team Indo Jacket in XXXXXL.
