Yogi, you talked about missed chances and glory. i wonder if the road to such is too bumpy and steep to be worthwhile.

as someone who plays badminton regularly, i enjoy my badminton games in the gym (well, ok, most of the time.. however, i am not sure how i'd feel if i had to train like a pro. image if you have to play 5+ hours everyday, for 5-6 days in a week. i will probably be less enthusiastic about it as i am now.

i guess what i am trying to say is, it is fun to play recreationally, but as a job, it may be less fun.

incidentally, i played 6 hours of badminton yesterday. my left knee was about to come off! it was thoroughly enjoyable though.

kwun, playing anymore than that it will be like work. I wouldn't like to be a badminton pro neither as pain and injuries are gonna happen and i'm very pain intolerant.
